Our favorite day of the week returns! Lots of exciting releases to add to our growing collections. First up is The Conjuring 2 which was one I really liked in the theater. If you missed it check out our review here. After seeing The Conjuring 2 I couldn't wait to add to my collection. Sadly this release has no slip cover and is kinda bare boned. The original Conjuring had an awesome lenticular slip and DVD combo pack attached with its release, I'm guessing WB got a bit lazy with its sequel. Scream Factory is releasing psychological thriller Raising Cain as a part of its collectors edition line. I'm not familiar with this film but it sounds like a interesting watch. Scream Factory's affiliate Shout Factory releases classic animated Transformers movie for the first time on Bluray. There is also a cool limited edition steelbook version you can get too. Tales of Halloween is finally out on Bluray loaded with bonus features, CD soundtrack, and exclusive limited edition packaging now on their website (link below). Perfect to watch during the Halloween season, I'm looking forward to owning this set. The biggest release today is Captain America: Civil War also hitting shelves today. You can get exclusive steelbook packaging which only Best Buy will carry and that is a must for me. So what will you be buying, renting or skipping this week? Let us know in the comments also check out our Instagram and Facebook pages. We love the conversation and talking all things horror.
