June 7th 2016
Our favorite day of the week returns. June starts off with a hefty haul in its first week with many new potential films to add to our collections. The Other Side of The Door is first up from 20th Century Fox starring The Walking Dead's Sarah Wayne Callies. I remember seeing this preview and thought it was getting a wide theater release but unfortunately went straight to VOD / Bluray. Scream Factory is back this week releasing The Funhouse Massacre and The Abandoned. The Abandoned is pretty creepy, I'd recommended checking out, The Funhouse Massacre is one I'm looking forward to watching this week. Charlie Kaufman's Anomalisa releases today and I definitely recommend checking this one out for sure. 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi has a few retailer exclusives this week starting with a steelbook packaging at Best Buy and the full length novel with Target's version. Zootopia I missed in theaters and will finally get to check out this week. If you like bonus content, Target has you covered with exclusive bonus features as well as exclusive slips on their versions of Disney's Zootopia. What will you be buying, renting or just skipping this week? Let us know in the comments, and don't forget to follow our Instagram page here. We love the conversations and talking all things horror. Until next week.
