Our favorite day of the week returns! This week the bigger budget releases take over and it's a bit light on the horror front. John Wick 2 is my favorite pickup this week. Nonstop action, blood, gore and fun. I highly recommend it. John Wick 2 pretty much surpasses the original which is a favorite of mine. Best Buy will carry exclusive steelbook packaging for this as well. Next up is The Lego Movie spinoff film The Lego Batman Movie. I missed this one in theaters but I'm sure it's hilarious. Lego Batman in The Lego Movie was a sure highlight and he stole every scene he was in. Target's copy of the film includes 3 character cards and a Batgirl Lego figurine, while Best Buy will carry exclusive steelbook packaging. Arrow Video releases an intriguing 80's horror film titled Madhouse. Definitely gonna check this out really soon. It seems like a fun watch. Navy Seals V. Demons is a fun release this week, I still wanna see it even though I'm sure it's probably gonna be bad, but would be a fun drinking movie with friends. Closing out the week are a few TV shows: the final seasons of The Vampire Diaries and Grimm hit shelves and highly reviewed crime drama Power, the complete third season. So what will you be buying, renting or skipping this week? Let us know in the comments. Until next week?
