Happy Friday everyone! I don't know about you but this week has felt twice as long as a regular one, so I'm definitely ready for a couple of days off. 😅
This is another light weekend, which might work out better for those of you getting ready for Black Friday next week. But there's still some good stuff for the rest of us too. The Alamo Drafthouse is still celebrating 100 years of the New Mission Theatre with Zodiac playing Sunday, Peaches Christ Productions has two showtimes for the stage parody of Beetlejuice, Sheetlejuice, both playing Saturday, and the Clay Theatre's Midnight Madness screenings get bloody with American Psycho playing Friday and Saturday nights.

In New York City in 1987, a handsome, young urban professional, Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale), lives a second life as a gruesome serial killer by night. The cast is filled by the detective (Willem Dafoe), the fiance (Reese Witherspoon), the mistress (Samantha Mathis), the coworker (Jared Leto), and the secretary (Chloë Sevigny). This is a biting, wry comedy examining the elements that make a man a monster.
