A new month means new Bluray candidates to add to our growing collections. Thoroughbreds is first up this week. I missed this one in theaters and definitely wanna check it out. Shout Factory releases two new indie horror films, The Midnight Man with appearances from Robert Englund and Lin Shaye. The hosts of the Overlook Hour podcast actually interviewed the director, Travis Z., on episode #83 of the show, but they may get a bit into spoiler territory, so listen at your own risk. Find that interview on iTunes and Stitcher. The Midnight Man was decent, and I wanna give it a re watch. Shout Factory also brings us supernatural horror Devil's Gate, which will be a blind pickup for me. Only Best Buy will carry the exclusive Steelbook of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Disney releases an overload of editions this week starting with The Incredibles 4k with a steelbook edition, again only at Best Buy. Peter Pan is the next Disney title up and Target will carry an exclusive storybook edition with Best Buy continuing with the steelbook. The last film released form Disney this week is A Wrinkle In Time with Target carrying an exclusive digibook and Best Buy a steelbook edition. Rounding out the week is Eli Roth directed Death Wish remake, and comedy of the week Gringo. So what will you buy, rent or skip this week? Let us know in the comments. Until next week!
