November 14th 2017
It's that time again. Let's see which new Blurays are released and which ones we'll add to our collections. This week is lighter than the past few, which is fine since Black Friday is just over a week away. The first up today is the long awaited release of Amityville The Awakening. This Blumhouse / Lionsgate release was pushed back numerous times and was released in October for free to stream through Google. After watching I can see why it's been pushed back so much. And, while it did get a theatrical release for one day, it only made a little over $700.. I'd recommend a rent on this one before you pull the trigger. Drama, crime / thriller Wind River hits shelves today and stars two Marvel's Avengers stars, Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olson. It's gotten great reviews and I'm looking forward to checking it out. Atomic Blonde also is a highlight this week. I loved this film! Director David Leitch, who also directed the awesome John Wick films, brings this actions packed thriller to life. There are also some cool twists I didn't see coming. Scream Factory releases 50's horror film Attack of The Puppet People. This is being released for the first time on Bluray and sounds cool. Cat and mouse thriller Nightkill from Kino Lorber is also released on Bluray for the first time today. Last highlight of the week is Preacher Season 2. Perfect time to catch up before its third season airs, which will be soon. So what will you buy, rent or skip this week? Let us know. Until next week!

This twisted tale about a deranged maniac who creates a device that
