New week and new Blurays to add to our growing collections. From Scream Factory this week is one of Drew Barrymore's first films Firestarter from a Stephen King screenplay. Included in this is new artwork, 2k scan and extras from its original release a few years ago on bluray. 60's inspired The Love Witch hits shelves today. This story of a modern day witch looks interesting and is on the top of my lists to check out soon. Severin Films released Drive-In Massacre today and it also sounds awesome. I've never heard of this film but I'm looking forward to changing that. The bigger box releases of today are Passengers with Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt from the Guardians of The Galaxy films. Best Buy will carry exclusive steelbook packaging for this including the 3D, 4K and standard Bluray copies inside. Oscar nominated film Fences hits shelves today starring Denzel Washington who was nominated for best actor and Viola Davis who actually won best supporting actress for this film. Overall a lot of different genre of film released this week. If you collect the Mondo Steelbooks, number 18 in the series is The Ghost In The Shell with awesome artwork. This arrives just in time for fans to catch up on the anime before the big screen live action debut. What will you buy, rent or skip? Let us know in the comments. Until next week!

Ghost In The Shell (Mondo Steelbook): Amazon - $24.99
Set in the year 2029 and following World Wars III and IV, a Japanese-led Asian block
dominates world affairs. The alliance maintains its international supremacy through its elite
security force whose cybernetically enhanced operatives tackle an array of hi-tech terrorists
and other threats to international security. These augmented agents can "ghost hack" (i.e.,
download their consciousness) via the now omnipresent internet into other machines and
human/machine cross breeds. Major Motoko Kusanagi, a cybernetically augmented female
agent, has been tracking a virtual entity known as the Puppet Master with her crack squad of
security agents. The shape-shifting Puppet Master, a rogue creation of a rival agency of the
security apparatus, has concluded that it is a life form in its own right, "born in sea of
information," and requested political asylum and true physical existence in defiance of its
creators.
