The Overlook Theatre Final Rating*

First I'd like to thank Nathan Thomas Milliner for letting me cover his awesome art in text and logo's. The Masters of Horror release of "The Black Cat" had such a bad cover and I happened to be reviewing it just as Nathan released this new Black Cat art for his upcoming art book. "The Black Cat" was a part of season 2 of The Masters of Horror series and was easily one of the most memorable, and mainly because of Jeffrey Combs performance. I can't praise him enough for his portrayal of Edgar Allen Poe, in fact the only thing better than his performance in this short was his live stage show. I was lucky enough to see him perform "Nevermore - an evening with Edgar Allen Poe" a few years back in LA and damn he was good. The play was set up like he was drinking in a bar and reciting his stories, much like a longer version of the bar scene in "The Black Cat". If Comb's ever announces another showing I'll definitely share the info.
