Bluray Tuesday: Featuring The Witch, I Saw What You Did, and Southbound

May 17th 2016

Bluray Tuesday creeps up on us once again. This week isn't the biggest Bluray Tuesday this month but still has a few standouts for sure. The biggest release this week is the most talked about horror film this year so far, Robert Eggers' The Witch. I'm definitely picking this up, it deserves a second watch. Scream Factory is releasing a psychological thriller titled Dementia, which got mixed reviews online but seems like an interesting watch, so I may check out sometime in the near future. Lastly out are a few older tiles, remastered and released for the first time on bluray. On the DVD front I wanted to add Southbound which I definitely recommend checking out. I saw earlier this year and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I was hoping for a Bluray release on this one but sadly we only get it on DVD. It's collection worthy regardless. So what will you be buying, renting or skipping this week? Let us know in the comments and don't forget to check out our Instagram page here. We love the conversation and talking all things horror. Until next week.
