Our favorite day of the week returns. This week we have some great additions to add to our collections. My number one this week is Green Room. I haven't seen this one yet but have been looking forward to it. And it's gotten great reviews. Grindhouse Releasing brings us Cat in the Brain on bluray for the first time and loaded with bonus features as well as a soundtrack CD. The Divergent Series third installment Allegiant arrives in stores today with several retailer exclusives. Best Buy has an exclusive steelbook and Target's version of Allegiant is in a special digibook packaging along with an exclusive bonus disc with even more bonus features. Back to the horror front, Scream Factory releases Road Games and Slasher the complete first season today. I'd recommend checking Slasher out, although I feel the end fell flat I did love the slasher they named the Executioner and the kills are pretty well done. Carnival of Souls gets a Criterion bluray released as well with cool bonus material. Speaking of Criterion titles don't forget through the month of July, Barnes and Noble is having their annual 50% off Criterion blurays sale, which is a perfect time to stock up on some great releases. So what will you be buying, renting or just skipping this week? Let us know In the comments, and don't forget to check out our Instagram page here. We love the conversation and talking all things horror. Until next week!
