Bluray Tuesday is back! Some awesomeness hits shelves today for sure. The Phantasm collection is at the top of my list this week with new scans on all 5 films and new bonus material in a nice boxset. A must own for horror fans. Arrow Video releases House: Two Stories that includes the first two House films in a boxset with new scans and bonus features as well. Mediocre horror film The Bye Bye Man hits stores today with an unrated cut. The Overlook residents reviewed this when it was released in theaters. If you missed it check it out here. I've heard the unrated version is a step up so I just may give this another try. Supposedly the unrated cut has more gore. I don't think the original PG-13 had any blood at all even SPOILER: ( when someone is shot with a shotgun) END SPOILER. Severin brings us a few films this week with Dark Waters, The Other Hell and Cathy's Curse. And Scream Factory releases Demented today, which is one I've never heard of but it sounds interesting. Most of these were available at Monsterpalooza in Pasadena this past weekend at the studio's booths. So if you were there this weekend you may have grabbed them already. Let us know how the films are from Severin and Shout Factory, they're blind buys for me this week. So what will you be buying, renting or skipping this week? we look forward to hearing what you are adding to your collections. Until next week!
