Happy Friday everyone! I hope you guys can make it out to the movies this weekend, because there are some really cool things happening in the next couple of days. We're kicking off the weekend with Multiple Maniacs (introduced by John Waters himself!!), but if you didn't get a ticket to the sold out show, the Castro is pairing Halloween with It Follows tonight. They are showing cool double features all weekend, really. The New Parkway is screening The Road Warrior for their cult night, and the Roxie is holding a benefit to help save The Stud, whose rent has tripled, forcing its doors to close. Let's make sure our beloved theatres don't face the same fate and support them this weekend!
